Custom gRNA Synthesis and Design with Flexible Options and Quality Control
GenCefe provides custom gRNA synthesis and design services, supporting a range of guide RNA formats and project requirements. Our capabilities include sgRNA and pegRNA synthesis, with flexible options for spacer and scaffold configurations as well as gRNAs designed for vector-based applications.
For conventional gRNA synthesis, our chemical synthesis platform supports sequences of approximately 100 nt. For longer guide RNAs, GenCefe combines chemical synthesis with enzymatic synthesis technologies, enabling custom RNA production of up to 300 nt. This flexible synthesis approach allows us to accommodate different sequence lengths and guide RNA formats according to project requirements.
Quality and consistency are central to our gRNA synthesis workflow. Depending on product and project requirements, gRNAs can be supplied with desalting or HPLC purification, with mass spectrometry (MS) testing available for quality assessment. Production is supported by ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified quality management systems, providing consistent quality control throughout the synthesis process.
